My name is Kristine Peter, and I'm an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of Healthy On The Go.

As a coach, my mission is  empowering women's resilience and holistic mental & physical wellbeing with nutrition and lifestyle habits.

I work with women who want to improve their mental and physical health by making changes to the way they eat and how they live their lives.

In short it's Food & Move for Mood.

I’m passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and well-being; advocating for a change in the conversation to include a mentally healthy lifestyle as one of daily intentional practices, exercises, and habits.

And food, because what we eat changes everything.

To create a wider understanding that physical, mental, and social health are intrinsically interwoven.

Because just like physical health, we don't need to wait until we are unwell to focus on our mental health.

Many of the women I work with are busy.  They feel tired of being tired, and want to simplify their life, improve their energy, motivation.

So they can….

Stop feeling stressed, anxious, overloaded, and overwhelmed from the moment they wake up in the morning;

Remove the excess and clutter. From their homes, from their inbox, and from their lives. To find them the time to prioritize their own health and wellness.

Get rid of the guilt for not getting it all done or not finding balance, and be more present with family and friends.

Have clearer thoughts, better focus, and feel more resilient in their mental health and wellbeing.
