 Our Core Principles for Nutrition

Our core principles for nutrition and nourishing wellbeing:

All Food is Good Food: We advocate for the joy of eating, emphasizing that nourishment is paramount. There are no 'bad' foods in my practice, only balanced, sustainable habits that celebrate the diversity of nutrition.
The Impact of Trauma: Recognising that trauma, whether food-related or otherwise, significantly influences our dietary choices and overall health, our strategies are sensitive to these experiences. I provide a compassionate space for healing and growth, acknowledging the intricate ways our histories shape our present.
Individual Journeys: Every individual's path to health is unique. We reject one-size-fits-all solutions, offering instead personalised support that meets you where you are. This individualised approach ensures that dietary changes are not just sustainable but deeply resonant with your personal story, needs, and goals.
